All Kittens sold from my cattery will be Spayed/Neutered at 10-12 weeks of age.

Kittens will leave my Cattery around 12-16 weeks of age and will be altered, have one booster vaccines, dewormed, fecal examination, and overall Vet Wellness Exam.

Kittens will leave my cattery with their own carrier, sample of food, TICA Breeder Slip, Free 30 day Pet Insurance, Treats, Toys, and other items to help transition into their new home.

All Kitten Pricing (Maine Coon/Ragdoll) is subjective and determine per kitten. Based off coloring/size/gender etc.

General Range of Pricing: Maine Coons $2200-$3500.

General Range of Pricing: Ragdolls $1200-$1800.

All Kings/ Queens are tested with Optimal Selection to make sure they, re healthy to breed.

Deposit is $300 Non-Refundable for Pet Registration. Payment for Deposit is accepted through Zelle/Venmo/Paypal/Cash App. Payment, for Final Balance needs to be cash at pick up or Zelle. Both are instant payments. If you need to pay with PayPal/Venmo full balance is due 48 hours before pickup. To give the payment time to process.

If you have to cancel your reservation for a kitten, the deposit may be applied to a future kitten up to a year of the deposit being received.

This Cattery does not offer breeding rights, even to established catteries.

This is a closed Cattery, we do not allow home visits for any reason. I will happily FaceTime for Virtual Visits. Video calls are highly recommended!

If there is a certain color/breed/ marking you prefer, I recommend getting on my wait list. There is a $50 non-refundable deposit for this wait list.

This Cattery has the right to REFUSE sale to anyone. If a adoption is deemed not acceptable by this cattery and a deposit has been paid, a refund on the deposit will be issued. This is to ensure all cats/kittens are only going to the best homes.

Every Kitten sold with this cattery has a REQUIRED contract that has be to be signed before you pick up your kitten. This contract goes into deep detail about the health guarantee and non-negotiable. I will send a blank copy of the contract to potential adoptee to look over, but the contract will be signed the day before pick up. If contract is not signed and return to me via email the day before pick up we will have to reschedule the pick up date.
